John Yems, ex-cooler town manager, was the subject of a FA investigation by independent regulatory panel that several counts of racial abuse and discriminatory actions. The report concludes that none of these players were lying about it. And then you combine that with the conclusion that he was not consciously, whatever that means, racist. It took a third. Why is the panel passing character opinion? That's not what they're meant to do. This guy has ruined those guys in respects of their careers and how they are. People don't realize the enormity of the mental strain you get as a footballer in a dressing room when that kind of racial vibe is happening.
