How to Be a Futurist
A futurist is not actually a real job as much as we get paid to do this work. You are making conscious choices about your future and you're also setting expectations for your day ahead. We all have a huge weight of biases about what we think is possible going forward. So if you can encourage people to come into these sorts of spaces with the idea that you do have blind spots but also that you must be willing to look into them. Maybe if it does feel a bit frightening.
