The only way to make money is not just working for a big corporation or a company. I can actually make money all my own, i might just go ahead and do that and walk out that door. There's a lot of opportunity for millennials these days that didn't exist for prior generations. When your head hits the pillow at the end of the day, if you are not utterly exhausted from rewarding and recognizing your people, you haven't done it enough. The idea of a participation trophy was a reality for this generation.
