The Importance of Process in Entrepreneurship
I wouldn't say that I ever set out to be an entrepreneur. But I ended up in startup businesses or self-owned businesses quite a lot. When I was in high school after you know after school and on weekends I worked for kind of a discount golf supply store. And then my father had a business that grew to the most was about 30 employees. His management style was management by screaming. Nobody ever did anything right in that place. Didn't matter how long they worked for him. He was just always yelling. So it killed off innovation. It meant the business could never be big. It could only be as big as he could reach. You do learn from all your experiences.
