The Benefits of Being a Tifa Staff

A lot of the benefits of being a Tifa staff are not so much what you do. People sign up, it's a paid assignment but they have to kind of be on vacation from their regular work. They join about 80% of my meetings, so that's about 12 meetings a day that they join and then they take notes during those meetings. The first thing that kind of breaks down is the communication between different functions. If you have a good idea of how other functions are thinking you'll be more effective in your role.
