Joan of Arcadia: This method is kind of a copy cat of the way coffee professionals taste coffee. We'll use just a bowl with ground coffee and hot water, mix it up like a french press. But we'll stir that crust after four minutes, we'll scoop off anything on top,. And then we'll taste the resulting liquid. Jo, i think it tastes better. I think that if you grind coarse, you'll end up with a slightly weaker cup than you needed to have.
