Twitter can be an on ramp to a relationship in which those things can then happen. It's very hard, too, to do the ministry of correcting by twitter. I think there is something else going on on social media that's really conducive to gospel culture. A whole ministry creates gospel culture. That's when i think social media are finding their real fulfilment - why they even exist.
