Early on in his career, Nweris used a tremendous amount of manual therapy. But as he's learned more about pain, and the nero physiologic effects of human touch, i've changed my perspectives on manualtherapy. And with that change in perspective, it's actually led me to put my hands on people quite a lot less. I do still believe that manual therapy has a valid place in our practice. Ah, but manual therapy, to me, is a form of non verbal communication.
