Gregory: I was pretty cool with it in 1979 when we started Taco Tuesday. In 1982, my college professor from public speaking said, you have to get this trademark. We got our service mark in 1982. And since then, we've sold over 2 million tacos on Taco Tuesday. Gregory: As a small business, we decided our payday will be Wednesday.
