Christian: It's not about how you make the big decision some of the time, it's how you make small decisions all the time. Stuart: Nike has been proud and impressed by its willingness to take a clear look at where we are, where we were today and what needs to happen. Christian: The biggest myth that you can remember in your past role as leading a growth agenda is being able to get more women into C-suite. Stuart: I think it's fundamentally about culture. It's about leaders with vision. And it's about team and it's about the humility to know that you're not perfect.
