Is It Possible That the Prague CEO Was Not the Person to Give Twitter the Shake Up?
There is an inherent conservatism to being a CEO of a publicly traded company, especially under an FTC consent decree. The grown-up right way to do it would be build the plan, iterate over time, make sure things are secure,. reassure your advertisers, build a plan about what you're staffing is going to look like. There was no hint that a Microsoft partnership was coming. And so I think it's a thing that like a turnaround for an organization is a very hard thing for any leader to do.
