Do You Feel Better After a Hard Intensity Session?

The way you feel is affected by how much movement you do. Even if you felt so the next day, you could still perform to your capacities. And i'm always saying, come on, just warm up there. The first effort of the main set sucks a bit, but all of a sudden you feel ok. Had i not done that, i'm feeling that way the whole through the session. It's wrong to think that that's not useful. If it doesn't work that way for other people, i i listen and say, right, just have, justHave y ever.
