Is There a Bounded Optimality?

Some of the classic cases of power seeking or whatever, are in cases where the agent has like bounded cognition and wants to expand those bounds. I don't think this is all bounded optimality. Our formalism's not dealing with the agent thinking about its own thinking about anioy got more computers, i'd have more abilities at least with that particular example. Separately, i do think that optimal power, as you know, the agent's average optimal value, does hide more realistic nuances of what we think of his power right now.
