The Safe Third Country Agreement

President Joe Biden and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced a plan to close a loophole to an immigration agreement that's allowed thousands of asylum seeking immigrants to move between the two countries. The idea was that they could present themselves there, and then they would be eligible to apply for asylum. They were all entering through an unofficial port of entry, which was really just like crossing that was easy to cross face.
