How Did You Turn Your Hobby Into a Career?

i was the generation that, you know, the first generation that had a pc at home. I switched to an english major just to kind of try t get through college without losing my mind. My two hobbies are data and golf, and am and i've turned data into a career. When i turned forty, my mid life crisis was that i decided i wanted to be a professional golfer on the champion's golf tour. And i really, the physical limitations were far too great, and i never got to be that good.
