How to Block Your Time as a UX Designer

The first part of the process is usually getting really well articulated product goals and then looking at the nouns. What are the nouns you're hearing over and over again so when I did 30 40 hours of teacher interviews what did I hear I heard  I have to manage the students that are in my classes, or assign lessons they need to align to standard standard standard standards.
