How Do You Manage Your Goals?
I think retention is probably the biggest part I need to improve on. My day starts at six in the morning and usually doesn't end till about 11 or 12 at night. So yeah, I'm very old school with the spreadsheets. And it allows my clients to look at things and adjust what they need to, you know, adjust their goals. But again, do, don't fix what's not broken. If it's working for you, there's no right or wrong way to do it,. if it's taken time away though, obviously you can make it a little more automated.
