How to Deload Your Jujitsu
A deload would look like going to class, doing warm up and technique but not rolling. Rolling is the X-Factor for me if you're trying to control your exertion in Jiu Jitsu. I was actually saying to Julian, it's better if you can have your harder training earlier in the week. And you're lighter training at the end of the week when you're more banged up. If you've had six or eight weeks on week just getting harder and harder, that week needs to be a heart session.
