The Insurance Companies Are the Ones With the Vested Financial Interest in Prosecution

The insurance companies have a vested interest in making sure the FDA and CDC folks are not prosecuted. If fraud is proven, then BAM, you're liable for financial losses associated. Even the BIS is not immune from responsibility for traffic fatalities. Maybe we can get the BIS for the traffic. But I don't I don't see any other way.
