The Market Needs Higher Rates

I think that you're going to continue to see it pretty persistent, above five %. The last thing the market needs is as higher rates, because it's already kind of demonstrating,. in my opinion, i think it seems like starting to sputter out. Markets are still hanging in there, but when you go to all the other markets around the world, they're really showing that we're at a fever pitch and starting to cool off.
