Tylenol, aka acetaminophen aka paracetamol, has been used several times. Let's get into the discussion around Tylenol. I get it, but let's talk about why the criteria are different for an acute intoxication overdose of TylenOL versus let's say an acute alcohol intoxication. Part of it is also the pathophysiology. So acetaminophen causes massive hepatocyte necrosis or kind of damage to the to the liver cells. In contrast to that alcoholic hepatitis causes acute on chronic liver failure.
