Why Should You File a Counter Case and Get Compensation?
In many cases, the acquittal is due to reasons which are beyond the hands of investigating agency or prosecuting agencies. The law commission had recommended enactment of a specific legal provision for redressal of such cases. I don't see any other conclusion except that a person must be compensated for being falsely implicated, right? So i, i think all this must be considered, yes.
