How to Increase Domestic Consumption in China

There's almost no doubt in my mind that growth rates are going to continue to flow significantly. But if so much of the growth has come as a result of this massive credit expansion, where do you see this going? That's the million dollar question. If we're going to bring investment growth down, we have to bring consumption growth up significantly. It depends on why consumption is such a low share of GDP in China.
