Montessori Approach

The Montessori approach looks at the teacher being part of the environment and not the, and there are many resources in the environment where children learn from. And when children learn, it's not by memory, it'snot the teacher telling them. Teacher only reveals that material in the presentation and the child works with it. If you do not work with your hands, what is in your hands goes directly to the head. But if they work with their hand, it gets integrated and it stays in their heart for, you know, for their life.
