The Challenges of Regulating AI Development

The US is like very clear leader in AI development right now by by orders of magnitude. It's going to be probably one of the most challenging, um, regular regulatory problems that we've faced in tech in a very long time. And so I think it's going to have to require something a little bit more nimble. One is focusing on just culture and having a culture of self regulation in the industry. Unlike crypto, which was built around a culture of kind of rebelliousness to the state, this is fundamentally a scientific academic discipline.
