Sor i'm sorryi's a great phrase, if you just put it in the right place. A lot of people learn labelling by saying like, well, what i'm hearing is. You've got to be really careful tho ward i people love to know that someone is paying attention to them. There's no point in labelling if you don't back off and let the other person prove you right or wrong. To say i're sorry beforehand makes people feel powerful. It's an emotional intelligence application of deference. And deference is very powerful because it helps you catch people off guard.
