Is It a Line in the Sand for the Premier League?

Manchester City have been accused of using sponsored deals to funnel money into the club. The purpose of financial fair play is to stop a further entrant into the top six. If Manchester City are proven to have broken the existing rules, then they've got to be punished appropriately. FFP allows you to lose 105 million pounds over three years. It's not fair because the word fair implies some form of equitable element to it. I just look at the rules and I find them inconsistent week after week.
