Relationships Don't Exist in a Stable State

Relationships don't exist in a steady state. It's kind of like your health. Same as with your marriage, your finances, the condition of your business. You've got to stay in a constant battle against that just to maintain and you've got to overcome that to improve on all those areas. Instead of seeing an email to my team, I think it's probably time to do a face to face meeting over Zoom. That little shift is a 10 times improvement for you. The fact that I didn't turn on the camera makes this somewhat less impactful emotionally and relationally than it could and should be had I turned on the camera.
