The Difference Between Heat Exhaustion and Heat Stroke
Dr. Nadeau: People who live in hot, dry climates may not always realize that they're beginning to experience heat exhaustion and may not always take action as soon as they should. She says it's important this concept of humidity plus temperature. We call that the wet bulb temperature. The degree by which our bodies can't go past a certain temperature outside with the given humidity. And why is humidity tough on our bodies?
