The AI's Ability to Provide High-Quality Feedback
We have the AI tri-up multiple things, give us multiple suggestions, and then the human rates them. And this reinforces not just the specific thing that the AI said, but very importantly, the whole process that the AI used to produce that answer. This allows it to generalize it, allow it to teach, to sort of infer your intent and apply it in scenarios that it hasn't seen before. Sal Khan himself was very kind and offered 20 hours of his own time to provide feedback to the machine alongside our team. We've actually made lots and lots of improvements to the models this way.
