Is There a Coars Set of Characteristics That Represents You?
I think we tend to overestimate that continuity but that doesn't mean that it's totally illusory. To have some stability, some continuity, as is a useful anchor for regulation of the self. I get the argument it's an illusion because we're constantly changing an we're stepping into the same riverit wice every second and is constantly changing,. ok. But is there that kind of a coarse set of characteristics that represents you?
