The Problem With Arbitrariness in Sport

I wonder whether we haven't reduced ourselves to something like Stephen Kirschner's position, which is basically that it's entirely arbitrary. So if that is the case, then yes, you can hang on to your sport as being exclusive in certain ways but we've still got sport. And now we have to decide. But I think that there is a problem there, that it's not arbitrary, but male-bodied people are kicked out of female sport for the sake of fairness for women.
