Goal Setting Is the Key to Success

Most advisers will tell you that you should start with your goals. The way that i've found for this to be sticky, which is the key getting back to behavior, is realizing why goal setting doesn't work. Take out just a sheet of regular copy paper, put it landscape style, put yourself as a stick figure on the left side and draw a line that represents the rest of your life. And man, does it work.
