Is Black Rock Using Their Immensity of Capital to Drive Corporate Board Rooms?

Black rock is using their immense amounts of capital to attempt to force corporate board rooms to act in one way. They claim to be the shareholder, but they're not the actual shareholder. The actual shareholders are the owners of capital. Choar unknowing to them having their money managed by a large institution like black rock that is using their money to advance an agenda that they themselves disagree with. We do not have a class of modern monarchs in the system of american capitalism that get to use other people's money to decide the s to those questions.
