Confidence - I Have a Fear of Presenting

If this is a confidence grem for me, it would show up more in presenting formarly to my peers. And i think actually, if you can get under the root of that a little bit more, it can help you understand where your confidence gremlin is coming from. What do you look for when somebody's really compelling and then that often gives you confidence that probably you do more of that than you think? The second bit of advice to think about is asking for some very specific feedback on your presentation style. But knowing where your starting point is and then kind of building on that.
