There is a different sense of risk, because the flip side risk of course is opportunity. And with all that risk management that we do we also stifle a lot of opportunity for innovation. If you hired the right people again that's a leadership thing, but if you hire the right people and give them the right environment then together you create the system within which to operate effectively. I recently read the Tesla employee handbook I don't know if you read it. It was a thinking about that.
