How I Learned to Be a CTO
I never set out to be a CTO. I always just wanted to make things and like really scratch that creative itch for myself. The path was I started on tech support and it was supporting the reporting tools that the application use. And then, you know, moving over to the development team they had an opening for developing the core reports for that came packaged with the application so I moved over. It was this real natural progression over into this group from my support position to this development position.
