I think most of them are paid in equity. I want to be aligned to the goals of the company, which is growth. So that's where I see most of them being compensated for equity. Once you've got one of these positions, it's obviously much easier to go and get more. But again, like you've just said, as you get more of that experience, paid is what we're going for.
