The Importance of Sleep
We're actually built for not one sleep a day. We're built for two and it's quite natural for us to want to put our head to the pillow in the early afternoon. Even if you're not in a particularly warm climate or indoors with air conditioning on the whole day, you still biologically your body clock is telling you to take a nap. I think that appreciating that is really important. And knowing that if you skip your lunch and you just keep going can alleviate some of that slump for a while because if you're hungry, hunger has a very stimulatory effect on it.
