The Second Amendment and Gun Control Laws
Gun activists employ fallacious arguments to present gun control as itself an evil. They will claim, rather absurdly, that the problems of gun violence can only be resolved with more guns. The first gun control laws were racest, disarming slaves and free blacks in order to enforce white supremacy. Yet still, southern states remained intent on disarming black communities. And i'm willing to go out on a limb and predict it's white men, by far, who possess high capacity assault rifles which ost gun control advocates want to ban.
