Teachers have a horrible time now compared to 10 years ago. People that control the Professions of people that make the calls in the government haven't been teachers before they have no idea what it entails. There's just so many ridiculous like box ticking exercises, which don't benefit your actual teaching at all. Teachers and kids are treated as robots by the government who expect them to make complete linear progress regardless of their condition. I'll be almost be discol-like almost part of me will be like discouraging from pursuing athletics because it's not a very viable career at the same time.
