I think eventually what happened was the folks that were working on the O-X concepts and on the implementation of it, they became disinheartened. And for them, it didn't seem like a valuable investment in their time at some point because the committee seemed to be moving in the direction of this other proposal. I mean, even as one of the senior committee leadership, I constantly question whether the work that we are doing is valuable. It's good for us to question that. We certainly hope that lots of other people on the committee ask themselves that question.
