The Private Sector Needs Help, and It Has to Come From Outside
"The courts are tremendously overburdened. We need to make it very easy for a general public, for a normal individual, to resolve his or her conflicts," says Ravi Agrawal. "We have too many cases, too litt a number of judges, too less ort intrust structure to handle the cases", he adds. The state is the biggest lidiator in the country, especially at the higher judiciary and upwards, according to Agrawal's research.
