I live very rurally in France with my wife and family but then also most weekends I'm in major cities in the UK and quite often around the world performing as a stand up. There's two you know it's great wandering around Paris this morning. It doesn't feel like the same country that I live in just two hours south of here which is just completely different. The books are about trying to manage the two different lives and also trying to cope specifically with the rural French side of things. So you're out there looking after animals and what else do you do with your time out in the countryside it's down in the Loire Valley.
