From the age of 12 to like, 16, i was in there breaking a sweat. I didn't hit puberty really until a couple years into it anyway. And so a, you know, i could have, at the age of 18 said, ah, du t, i'm superadvanced. All my big gains are behind me,. But the reality was, it wasn't six years of high quality training. Not when you're 12. Mean, not for youi mean, may be not for you.
