Is the Canny Recorder Refusing to Record?
Many county recorders are doing that now, because they're instructed not to make it easy on people doing their own processes for obvious reasons. So i guess you call that a lean, or call tat eclaim. I know, i don't know if that's different in elen, but you just send them a notice to the individual, man, woman, who's getting in the way of the process. You explain explicitly, as a living man, this is my notice of liability, or notice of a claim, i guess, or just notice, whatever you want to call the notice at first.
