Using a C S S Framework on a Gethub Project?

i'm seeing a lot of movement towards like, trying to avoid writing c s s at all. So i'd be interested in knowing why you think that approach is an improvement. As well as moving like a much more utility focused, a sort of internal t s s framework. I mean, i don't think many people would really enjoy wriding seses ait.
