Mohamedou Ould Slahi is the subject of the film The Mauritanian and has been called "the most tortured man in Guantanamo Bay".

Mohamedou lived for 14 years in Guantanamo Bay, was subjected to enhanced interrogation techniques, otherwise known as torture, was sexually assaulted by prison officers, was force-fed food, water boarded, subjected to a mock-execution, and spent nearly 20 years away from his home country. Without being charged once.
