Finding Pockets of Time

I think it's important for all of us to proactively choose to do this, whether we work for ourselves or at a more traditional job. I really actively try to invest my 20% time in things like directing a film or writing musicals. But then another thing is that you're incredibly competent at everything you do too. How do you know what to say no to?
