The Different Orders of Noun Phrases

No Determiners can follow. They can come before that some horrible mix of the two. You probably are just going to have to find different natural languages to use as models. So do they occur before adjectives after adjectives? I don't know. Does that only occur with the article and then the possessive? That's an interesting little can of worms we can open up maybe.
